Jonnalagadda Anantha Chandra Sekhar Rao, commonly known as JACS Rao, is a remarkable individual with an inspiring life story. He hails from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, and was raised in a humble family that ran a small provision store. As a child, he helped his father after school and college hours. His passion for learning began at a young age, and he developed a keen interest in Botany, thanks to one of his teachers; Mr. Chakrapani. This interest led him to pursue a degree in biological sciences and chemistry at KBN College in Vijayawada, where he excelled under the guidance of Venkat Rao and Chakrapani.
